Regal Estates’ latest project is a three-storey apartment building in Engomi, an upmarket municipality just outside Nicosia. The building is located just off the 28th October Street, the area’s popular high street, which gives residents immediate access to a multitude of retail shops, restaurants, cafés, gyms and banks, as well as The Mall of Engomi, the University of Nicosia, the Hilton Park Nicosia, and many other amenities.

The project was designed by Gregory Patsalosavvis, one of the most experienced and well-known architects in Nicosia. It houses seven luxurious, modern and spacious apartments: three one-bedroom flats on the first floor, and four two-bedroom flats on the second and third floor.

The overall design features two sections, in order to provide maximum privacy in the apartments on each floor and comfortable common areas throughout the building. The architectural structure and lines allow plenty of natural light to enter each home. The bright and airy interiors with their elegant finishing materials create inviting and healthy homes that can offer their owners an exceptional quality of life.
